Phillips is owned by a Godly, gracious, and friendly man. Servers are sweet and do an outstanding job of making sure your order is exact. Been going here for over forty years and seriously, not one incorrect order and all items are tasty and time friendly. Advice: try the pizza!

Sandwich good but slow service then when we got it the fries were cold/old. While we were there another gentleman got tired of waiting on his sandwich and left.

The food was great the waitress was sweet

I just moved here and hoped for a good service in this cute little dive in but was completely forgotten and never got our drinks even while others were served who came in after us. I waited nearly 20 min before needing to leaving to make it back to work. Hire more ppl or better management.

Stop by on a visit "HOME" and it was great as always....great pizza....and milk shakes that you can really drank without waiting 2 hrs for them to soften up.....its GREAT to know somethings dont change in small towns.

Food was okay to say the best. We really disliked the staff allowing kids to sit their assess all over the bar where food is sat to be picked up by customers.

The prices were very low here. Definitely not a place to try to eat healthy. I ordered a taco salad (a review on here said it was their fave) and it was definitely more nacho than salad. I'm sure everything here tastes super delicious if you're not watching your carb intake.

Amazing little place in our town. It's well known for the food and the owners family has run Phillips for decades. My parents remember visiting with them but I think at a different location. Their pizza is great and they make them like they did when I was a teenager. You have to try their Jerry burgers and fritos pie. Dont forget your hot fudge sundae or banana split. Actually anything you order at Phillips will be wonderful.

Little pricey & closed on weekends but other than that great food.

Too many good things on the menu to mention all of them, but I recommend their pizza and their milkshakes.

Very pleased with our visit. We were passing through town and stopped for dinner. The place was packed so we knew it had to be good. For 20.00 we got two double cheeseburgers, an order of baby tots, a shrimp dinner complete with fries and coleslaw, a medium fountain soda and a large milkshake.There is a drive thru or you can dine inside. The restaraunt is very clean and the staff very friendly.

Phillips has been a favorite in Oneida for many years. Everything is great, but the Jerry Burger, Pizza, Shakes and Ice Cream are the favorites.

The only place in oneida that serves chocolate soft-serve ice cream..... The staff is so friendly and quick to greet the customer. The drive-in diner tends to get very busy which often causes a wait. However, the staff is hardworking and completes orders quickly.

We love this place so much!! Be prepared to wait a bit... but it's so worth it!!

Been going here since I was kid. When I come to Oneida to visit family it is a must eat. So many good things on the menu and I usually get something different every time but, Always a banana milkshake. I hope this place stays around so my three kids can enjoy it like I did when I was young.

Busiest place in town.....

A private owned hometown eatery that, I'm sure many here would agree is one of the best we've had. Still is! Serves just about anything you can think of and at a great price!

I have always Loved Phillips my whole life! But sometimes a pizza will come out Not so good..... being closed on weekend is also Very upsetting! Because 98% of time im over in that area is on weekend! But.....i do understand they must have given up alot! for a good reason 🙂
